Changes, Returns and Refunds

CONDITIONS:

• You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to make an exchange or return.
• For a product to be eligible for an exchange or return, it must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item.
• Products purchased in the Outlet category do not allow exchanges or returns.
  Only in exceptional cases, previously evaluated and approved by the store, will an exchange be allowed, which must be made exclusively for the same product from the Outlet category, subject to availability.
