Conditions for purchasing registrations

Distance changes

Once registrations are closed, no changes in distance between the different races of the event will be allowed. Transferring bib numbers from one person to another will also not be permitted. We recommend carefully reviewing all the information before completing the registration.

Refund policy for OTSO events

1. Refunds

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:

- Inability to participate in the event.
- Injuries or illnesses.
- Changes of plans.

2. Event cancellation

In the event of cancellation of the event due to reasons beyond the organization's control, such as adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, government decisions, or any other circumstance outside our control, no refunds will be issued. The safety of our participants and support team is our highest priority; however, such exceptional circumstances may force us to cancel the event without prior notice.

3. Acceptance of terms

By registering for the race, participants accept and acknowledge that they have read and understood this refund policy and agree to its terms. Registration for the event implies acceptance of all the conditions detailed herein.
