Refund Policy for OTSO Events
1. Refunds
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Inability to participate in the event.
- Injuries or illnesses.
- Changes of plans.
2. Event cancellation
In the event of cancellation of the event for reasons beyond the control of the organization, such as adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, government decisions or any other circumstance beyond our control, no refunds will be made. The safety of our participants and support team is our top priority; However, such exceptional circumstances may force us to cancel the event without prior notice.
3. Acceptance of terms
By registering for the race, participants agree and acknowledge that they have read and understood this refund policy and agree to its terms. Registration for the event implies acceptance of all the conditions detailed here.
