Shipping Policy – United Kingdom (UK)
Orders placed from the United Kingdom will be subject to the following shipping conditions:

1. Shipping costs
For orders between €1 and €99, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
The shipping cost will be €20.
For orders over €100, OTSO will cover the shipping costs, so shipping will be free for the customer.

2. Import duties and taxes
OTSO will cover the import duties applicable to orders shipped to the United Kingdom.
These duties currently apply to orders valued over approximately €150, according to current regulations.
These conditions are specific to shipments to the United Kingdom (UK) and may differ from those applicable to other destinations.

Orders are dispatched every day before 1:00 PM.

Domestic shipping takes between 24 and 48 hours plus preparation time. Preparation time may vary depending on demand.
